After getting up at 7am to work on an assignment from scratch, wrecking my brains thinking, typing, editing and re-editing, finishing, AND saving, only to find that it was not saved at all oh shock horror doom gloom and fiddlesticks. I was left with a very sorry looking draft that was all I had at 7 this morning.
Guys, I literally felt the blood in my peripheralls running to my vital organs, it was such a shock haha. I was looking around everywhere on the lap top, even in flippin' "My Videos", but of course there was nothing. I'm supposed to meet up with the girls who I haven't seen for ages today which somehow makes things 10 times worse. Like, oh, I'm messy, disorganised, have almost screwed up a placement, lost my assignment and I break promises ??
I was about to type out the whole thing again when I realised my Internet Explorer window was still open.......and I had used it before. Because I have no Microsoft Word on my laptop (yes, I am That cheapstake), I had to use the online word count tool........which means that everything I have typed before is there and that I could click back and copy and paste and adjust and print and hand in my frickin' assignment and bring forth world peace (well, a peace of mind, anyway).
I don't know whether I'm luckily unfortunate or unfortunately lucky but I do have this site to thank ^^

Now I have the assignment printed out and all but knowing how I seem to embrace all unthinkable misfortunes with open...paws I won't get too happy just yet. Not until the assignment is safely in the assignment box. And nil fire occurs in the building. Hm.
